We want you to be completely satisfied with your TOG24 gear, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the return form or QR code is included as instructed.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to your chosen drop-off point, such as a local Post Office or designated courier collection site, and keep your proof of postage.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
